The second Scout congress took place in Prague 9- 10 February, 1946.
2,000 Boy Sco uts and Girl Guides from Bohemia & Moravia participated, as
we ll as a large delegation from Slovakia. On the intitiative of Slovak Scouts,
a united organi sation "Czechoslovakian Scouts" was founded on I0 February.
