A letter written on 12th March 1816 by Keane FitzGerald in Under Hill,
Barnet addressed to George Burley Esq., Lincoln's Inn which shows an
impending auction valuation of£1,500 for Holylands Coffee House and
that either Mr. Robins or Mr. Ladell were expected to buy it. The letter
was charged at 2d evidenced by the black "2" and "Two Py Post Unpaid
Piccadilly" handstamps.
