COURT SEALS

As mentioned earlier, the only way of identifying the Hukumat handling a document, was to search
to find the name. This led to issue of Court Seals to all Hukumats, including Kishangarh. These are

usually found on documents post 1915.

Here is a 1901 document with the seal of Hukumat Arain, the earliest seal the exhibitor has seen or

heard of. Immediately above the black seal is the date 1886, which is referring to an earlier event.
