                             At the PSL: Twenty-two members attend first annual dinner at Holborn Restaurant,


                             future President E.D.  Bacon elected to the Committee and he displays postcards of Jamaica.

                              PSL President was Judge F. A.  Philbrick. Membership stood at 43.
