Apollo 7 (AS-205) Return To Space
After the Apollo 1 fire, Apollo 7 became the first Apollo manned mission. It was to test the new Com-
mand Module in earth orbit.
Below is a photo of the launch on 11 October 1968, and attached to it is a genuine segment of the supply-
ing power cable for the onboard 16mrn camera which was mounted in a window.
