Main feature -
The 4d for % oz rate for a letter by private ship to the UK and then by
normal mail to India was introduced on the 1st January 1892. The packet
mail rate via the UK was 6d for% oz from the same date. This is a double
rate letter.
The letter is addressed to Prince's Dock in Bombay and the cds for this place appears on the back.
