Notes
The postage to Continental Europe was reduced from 6d for each Yz ounce to 3d for each Yz ounce on
the 151 January 1891 at the same time as the postage to the United Kingdom was reduced to 2Yzd for
each Yz ounce - hence the need tor the provisional surcharge 2Yzd on 3d.
