clear error has been made. Carcassonne is the chef-lieu of the departement of Aude and as such
should have received the full transcription of 11000. The error may be attributed to the
inexperience of the coding desk operator who was working with the new Arcueil 2 programme on
only its second day of operation at Clermont-Ferrand.
