The Sixpence Stamp 1859 to 1895

‘Dot After Pence’ Variety
Although this variety is as equally pronounced as the well-known ‘Dot After Six’ flaw, it has not yet achieved
catalogue status. The variety has so far been recorded only on the printings made after 1884, suggesting that
it may have been the result of plate damage around that date.

                                                              10th Printing - Pane 11

The ‘Dot After Pence’ variety is on the fourth stamp on the top row.
