The Hauga land di strict of the Norwegian Boy Sco uts Association held th eir 1954 camp at
Valen in Sunnhordl and, set in a beautiful fjord landscape in Western Norway. 500 Boy Sco uts
attended, inc ludin g I00 fo re ign guests from Denmark, Finl a nd, Sweden, Scotl and and Germany.
Th e rural post office that operated in the ca mp used a special postmark (N-02 1) 26 Jun e - 5 July.
