Russian Imperial Mission in Persia ab 1907-09
This cover was included in an article by Dr Casey, UK, in 1982 in Post-Rider, p 39. The editor, the famous Russian
specialist Andrew Cronin adds in that article that the cover was "found" in the late 1950s. It seems as if mail from the
mission went by closed bag to Baku to be put there into the normal Russian mail service.
