Kabinkola is located on the northern branch line of the railway, about ten
miles north of the major commercial centre of Makeni.

No notices of opening or closing were published in the Sierra Leone Royal Gazette, nor does the office appear
on any annual post office list. It was evidently short-lived as all of the handful of recorded examples recorded
date from March 1916 to February 1918. No examples are known on cover.
