Tiama Tiama
An American Mission Station was located at Tiama which provided most of
the postal business. The office had four periods of being open: 1 March 1909 Mano
to c1920; 23 February 1929 to 17 December 1932; 17 January 1936 to 4 June
1952; and early 1953 to independence. Mail was always routed via Mano on the
railway. The two handstamps are similar, but the earlier one had larger letters.
