           30th May 1864, Envelope sent from K0benhavn to the field post office number four at Vissenbjerg
                 Kro on Fyn, prepaid with  1863 4 Skilling and cancelled with duplex three ring canceller
                         KBH.JB.PST .CT+ 34 for K0benhavn main railway station post office.

          Sent to Doctor Strandgaard of the Sixth Field Battery. This cover documents the location of field post office number four.




































            00 I• April 1864, Wrapper sent from Aarhuus via Lubeck and Hamburg - Berlin railway to a
          Danish POW in Magdeburg, prepaid with five copies of 1863 4 Skilling and single 1854 2 Skilling blue,
                        cancelled with three ring numeral S and datestamped Ant V AARHUUS.
          In all 22 Skilling, prepaying 9 Skilling Danish Rayon 2 to Hamburg and  13 Skilling to Prussian Rayon 3.
          Endorsed Franco and marked 3 in red. Only one cover recorded with this combination of adhesives.
