* 7301 NEWS [April 10-14, 1673]

These are to give notice, that a Post is ordered to goe from the General Letter-Office in Bishopsgate-street every
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, to and from London and Portsmouth, as also the like to and from London and
Harwich, during the Expedition at Sea for this Summer.
* 7 4 0 1 NEWS [January 29-February 2, 1674] {Julian Calendar. January 29-February 2, 1673}
These are to give notice, That on Tuesday the 29 of December last, there were two Bay Horses with Bridles and
Saddles, left at the Post-house, the Sign of the White Lion at Hatford Bridge in the County of Southampton; If the right
owners come or send, and pay for their Meat, they may have them, or else they will be prized and sold suddainly.
* 7 4 0 2 NEWS [May 21-25, 1674]
These are to give notice, That there goes a Post constantly (every night) from the General Post-Office in Bishopsgate-
street, to Windsor; and another arrives there every Morning from thence: And that care will be taken for the safe and
speedy conveyance of all Letters, which are either delivered in at the General Post-Office, or left at the usual places -
appointed to receive them.
* 7 4 0 3 NEWS [October 5-8, 1674]
These are to give notice, that there goes a Post every Night at the usual hours from the General Letter Office in
London to Newmarket, during His Majesties residence there.
* 7 4 0 4 NEWS [Post Office, November 19-23, 1674]
These are to give Notice, That there goes a Post from London to Colchester, and other parts in Essex, every Night, and
returns every Morning.
And also there is a new Post Road to Chichester and Arundel, by the way of Kingston, Guilford and Haslemore, for
conveying of Letters (to and fro) three times a Week, on the usual days.
* 7 5 0 1 NEWS [July 8-12, 1675]
These are to give Notice, That during His Majesties stay at Windsor, a Post will go every Night at the usual hours,
from the General Post-Office in London to Windsor, and come from thence at Eight of the clock every Evening.
* 7 5 0 2 NEWS [September 2-6, 1675]
These are to give notice, That the Post goes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, from London to Lewis, and
adjacent parts of Sussex, by the way of Kingston, Guilford, Godalmin, Haslemore, Midhurst, Arundel~ Steying, Shoram,
Brighthemson, so to Lewis, &c.
Also to Ashford in Kent, by Lynam and Charing, and returns (by the same Towns) three times a week to London; by
whom Letters may be sent to any part of England, or beyond the Seas.
