This Visa was issued at Dhaka by the Republic of Cyprus Hon. Consulate. The Fee was £C6 and was
paid by the affixing of the Republic 2c orange-red revenue stamp [Podger, Cyprus Revenue Stamps
1872 -1997, R 13} surcharged 2005 £6:, sealed with the Consulate seal on 24.01 [20]06. Only 4 are
recorded used. None is available mint, as they were strictly controlled against a ledger entry when
issued. This special Immigration stamp is thought to have been introduced in July 2005 to Cyprus
Embassies and Consulates and was withdrawn around July 2006.
