At LONDON 2010 there was a Post & Go stamp vending machine selling labels with a 2010 branch
number. When I inserted my coins the stamps did not fall in the basket. A receipt was printed stating
'We apologise that some items could not be printed. Please present this part to a member of staff for
assistance. Items not present'. A technician came quickly and opened the machine. He tore the
jammed paper out and told me he would give me a good stamp set instead of the misprints in his
hand. You will understand I preferred the faulty strip .....
