At the RPSL: A dinner was held at the May Fair Hotel like those of 1954 and 1955. Guests
were received by t he President and his wife, the genesis of fut ure Presidential dinners.
RPSL President was W. Ewart Gerrish O.B.E. Patron H.M. Queen Elizabeth II.

In 1958, the New Zealand Health stamp issue contained two minisheets. The 3d + ld had a picture of
a Boy's Brigade Bugler. The cylinder used by Harrisons contained eight groups of six impressions,
thus from one sheet, eight minisheets were produced. The Kiddle Brothers Collection sale held on
24th February 2016, by Grosvenor in London provided an addit ional source of minisheets that
complimented the authors own collection.

Examination of this material was made easier by being able to compare and store images utilising the
stroboscopic facility in the Video Spectral Comparator, VSC6000 manufactured by Foster Freeman.
This enabled comparison with previously published information and assessment of whether there are
further printing differences.
