Very little information is known concerning this card. H.D. Mitchel wrote in The Oxcart,
number 38 of June 1970, that the normal red-printed card was issued in 1906 but official
authorization, issue date and printed quantities have not been established. The card was
lithographed by Waterlow and Layton and depicts a bust of Columbus. This is the only
example recorded with double, upright and inverted, printing.
